What it costs

Who leads it

Did you know?

What do I bring?

Friday: training gear and water. Saturday: comfortable clothes, optional blanket, sleep mask and water. Sunday: swimsuit or plunge shorts if you want to dip, towel, layers, good shoes.

How does the free code work?

Each class has one code, the same for everyone: FREEBREATH, FREEBREATHWORK, ALWAYSFREE. Type it when you register. Friday and Saturday codes work once per person; Sunday is always free. Send the code to a friend so they can join you.

Do I have to register for the free Sunday outing?

Yes. That is how we know how many people to expect and where to send the meeting point.

How does a morning run?

8:30 welcome and instruction, 9:00 the practice, 9:30 coffee and tea. Friday continues with open training: kettlebells, a run, martial arts, your call.

Where is it?

Friday and Saturday at GMA, Green Lake, Seattle. Sunday meeting point announced each week.

Can I cancel?

Yes, from the link in your confirmation email. If the class was full, the next person on the waitlist gets your spot.

Waiver

Registration includes the participation waiver.
