Matt has spent two decades teaching executives, athletes, military personnel and people facing serious health challenges how to work with stress instead of against it. He founded Cold Club and built its Adaptive Stress Training approach around breathwork, cold and heat, fasting and movement.
He has taught thousands of participants and trained instructors around the world. At Kinect he leads the practice and sets the standard for every guide.
Full bio on Cold ClubJeb spent twenty years running large kitchens under pressure and saw what unmanaged stress does to a body and a team. He now guides individuals, families and groups through breath led recovery, cold plunge and contrast work, and the intentional food gatherings that keep a community together.
